Concierge is a premium add-on quoted per home. We agree on your tasks, team and planned time first. Ordinary additional tasks can continue at an approved hourly rate; substantial or specialist requests receive a separate quote. If more time is needed, we can discuss extending the visit or arranging a return, subject to availability. Hazardous materials, electrical or plumbing work and structural changes require separate specialist arrangements.
