Information you choose to share

You can browse our service pages without submitting an inquiry. When you call, email or submit a service request through our estimator, you may provide your name, contact details, pickup and destination addresses, preferred date, selected services and information about your property or belongings. Please share only what is needed to discuss your service.

Estimates and customer communication

The estimate buttons open our moving planner, our estimating application, managed with this website. Information submitted there is used to review your requested services, prepare or confirm an estimate, contact you and coordinate your transition. The HomeCare consultation form prepares a draft for you to send through your email application. It does not submit directly to a server or enroll you in a membership. An email link on this site also prepares a message in your email application; you must send it to contact us. A phone link opens your calling application.

Website operations and outside services

This marketing site uses hosting services to deliver its pages and Google Fonts for its typefaces. These providers can receive technical information such as your IP address, browser information and requested resources when serving the website. Optional Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures page visits and clicks to the estimator, phone and email, plus preparation and copying of HomeCare drafts. These actions do not establish that an inquiry was sent, a call connected or a booking occurred. We exclude inquiry answers and remove query strings and fragments from page addresses sent to Analytics. Google receives technical visit information when analytics is allowed. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Your choice is stored in this browser. Use Analytics settings in the footer to change it; declining stops future measurement and removes this site’s Analytics cookies.

Estimator requests are saved securely for office follow-up. FormSubmit handles delivery of request emails to office@nextnestmoving.com and retains its submission archive for 30 days. Your service selections may be saved on this device for seven days; contact details are kept in the open tab until you submit or clear them. A confirmed request may be measured as a lead in optional Analytics; its contact details are excluded. Links to Google Maps and other outside websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. This notice does not describe every activity of those outside services.

Service records and providers

Information connected with a service inquiry or booked work may be handled through the email, phone, estimating, scheduling and customer-management providers used to operate Next Nest. Service records may need to be retained for customer support, billing, accounting, dispute handling or other applicable requirements.

Your questions and requests

Contact office@nextnestmoving.com or (225) 800-7170 to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or discuss deletion. Include enough detail to identify your request. Please do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers or sensitive identity documents through ordinary email.
